Daniele Lo Presti
Principal | Founder
Originally from Italy, he grew up surrounded by art and design, founder and principal of Studio Nove, Daniele oversees the overall organization of the company. Daniele holds a Master's degree in Architecture and a Postgraduate Degree in Interior Design from Politecnico di Milano (Italy). In addition to significant Autodesk certifications related to BIM technology, Daniele is also an officially registered architect in Italy. He has extensive international experience on prestigious projects gained while working with some of the world's top architectural firms, in Italy, in the United States, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia. In the latter, he contributed to the design of two luxury 5-star resorts for AMAALA, pertaining to the development of the Triple Bay Masterplan.
Carlo Mastrosimone
Partner | Senior Architect & 3D Artist
Carlo, Italian architect, holds a Master's Degree in Architecture and a Postgraduate Degree in Restoration and Conservation of historic buildings from Università di Roma (Italy). Throughout his career, Carlo has maintained a strong affinity for the restoration of historic structures, with a deep passion for history and research. Carlo is also a registered architect of the official Italian architects' association. He views Arch Viz. as a cornerstone of the design process, recognizing that a high-quality image is essential for envisioning and controlling a project with the utmost realism. At Studio Nove, he meticulously oversees the entire creative process, from 3D modeling and texturing to the careful study of lighting and perspective, culminating in post-production and the creation of a comprehensive visual representation.
Brian Skowvron
Partner | Director of Design Technology
Trained in the architectural practice, Brian has always been determined to develop solutions to improve efficiencies by using technology. In the past he gained substantial experience working for Autodesk; he has implemented workflows for many elite firms across the United States, including Disney, RAMSA and now across all departments at Studio Nove. He is constantly seeking more efficiency in workflows; often leveraging computational design software. Brian is driven by challenge and innovation as evidenced by his initiative to push the industry forward. His excellent approach and expertise takes Studio Nove to the next level in terms of BIM efficiency and collaborative technological solutions; he oversees the planning, the strategies and the overall workflow of the entire process related to BIM implementation.
Vincenzo D'Addelfio
Associate | ID-Industrial Designer & 3D Artist
Vincenzo is an accomplished Italian designer, holding a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design with summa cum laude honors. Throughout his academic and professional journey, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional expertise in technical product and Interior Design components. His relentless ambition to pioneer novel and innovative solutions has led to his remarkable proficiency in utilizing Autodesk tools for Industrial Design modeling and visualization. He is devoted to offering our clients the opportunity to tailor their dream spaces through customized interior design solutions. Within the creative realm, Vincenzo also serves as a 3D artist at Studio Nove, offering invaluable support and oversight throughout the 3D modeling process and the creation of high-quality render images.
Peter Akiki
Associate | Senior Architect & BIM Expert
Peter, Canadian architect, holds a master's degree in Architecture from Carleton University. From the very onset of his academic journey, Peter exhibited a profound fascination with the intricate process of creation, showcasing an enduring passion for sketching, artistic expression, and cutting-edge computer software. Peter's academic and professional journey has been punctuated by significant collaborations and achievements, such as the one with The Carleton Immersive Media Studio (CIMS). Driven by his unwavering enthusiasm for technology, Peter also gained exceptional skills and expertise while working for Autodesk as 3D Visualization Artist. At Studio Nove, Peter plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support throughout the BIM development process.

Her deep appreciation for the elegance of Italian design, combined with her global experience, allows her to infuse each project with a touch of sophistication and timeless beauty. During the last few years, she has gained extensive experience in the UAE market, especially for residential spaces. From selecting the finest furniture pieces to creating layouts that maximize both utility and aesthetics, she consistently delivers remarkable results that exceed client expectations.

Parthiban, a seasoned BIM engineer, brings a wealth of experience to our team at Studio Nove. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Parthiban has been at the forefront of BIM implementation for several years. In his role as a Senior BIM Engineer, he is involved in the preparation of comprehensive BIM models up to LOD 400, showcasing his exceptional skills in modeling and drafting. His passion for technology and IT systems has always been part of his professional figure.
